type, using a treadmill and the sidewalk outside the store for new shoe trial runs.

employ a video camera with monitor to show you your own footstrike.

Firecracker 5K
Easy Runner is the proud sponsor of the Firecracker 5k, the fastest 5K in
Arkansas. The Firecracker 5K has been held annually since 1976 on the Fourth of July holiday weekend.
Past competitors include Bill Rogers, Joan Benoit Samuelson and
Frank Shorter.
