The Thursday night LRRC group run will move up from 7 PM to 6 PM starting this week.
We meet in the BDB parking lot on the Little Rock side. Everyone is welcome, regardless of pace.
Some of us will be doing a tempo run this week while a few others will make it an easy run.
So, come on out. Ohhhhh YEAH!
